The following specific enforcement titles can be distinguished in the Polish legal system: documents having the force of enforcement titles without the need to obtain enforcement clauses for them, e.g. extracts from the accounting books of the Bank Guarantee Fund, signed by authorized members of the Management Board of the Fund and bearing its seal, confirming the existence of the Fund's receivables and accompanied by a statement that the claims based on them are due and payable ; documents having the force of an enforcement order.
A final decision of the judge-commissioner indicating the person or persons obliged to transfer the assets to the bankruptcy estate, a final decision of the judge-commissioner ordering the compulsory collection of assets; documents constituting an enforcement title for judicial enforcement, e.g. a final decision issued imposing a fine or refund of costs, accompanied by a certificate from the chairman of the maritime chamber that it is enforceable; documents that are enforcement titles without the need to attach an enforcement clause to them.

A final court decision ordering the payment of an amount of money to a person who does not fulfill the obligation regarding contact with the child, a final decision awarding property; documents that are subject to execution by way of judicial enforcement without being provided with enforcement clauses, e.g. a final decision of a bailiff imposing a fine; documents that are subject to execution without being provided with enforcement clauses, e.g. a final decision of the bailiff regarding costs.
