To become one you do not need any diplomas or certificates. You don't learn to be a leader only theoretically.


The actual competences and attitude of a leader are the result of conscious development based on practice learning through gaining experience developing selfawareness and drawing conclusions. A leader is someone people want to work Hit Post with. Who people like to follow. Whose vision do they believe in and implement it? And who do they find support from? So what does it take to become a true leader? Make your team and its development a priority. Work systematically with your employees. Challenge them provide support and help them acquire and apply new skills. Provide constant feedback and ask for feedback yourself. Inspire and encourage you to look for new ideas and solutions. In this way you will develop not only your employees but also your competences as a leader.





The path from manager to leader An effective manager will certainly bring measurable results to the company that employs him. However what is the greatest value for the company is the result of the leader's actions. What is it about? Quite often the terms manager leader leadership and management are used interchangeably. You probably used them as the same thing. For me yes. However they have a completely different meaning. The manager manages learns and develops competences to achieve the goals set for him by the organization communicate appropriately with the team delegate tasks and control their execution.
